
The EA-Audits team is led by educational expert Lesley Mifsud, a former Headteacher. All of our access consultants come from a teaching background, giving us a deep-rooted knowledge and understanding of the education sector.
Lesley Mifsud - Head Access Consultant

With over 30 years experience in teaching, Lesley has held the positions of Head of Year, Deputy Head and Headteacher.
Lesley set up Equality Act Audits over 12 years ago and has personally advised over 1000 schools on accessibility. Lesley has a passion for this subject and has an excellent knowledge of all areas related to Equality in Schools and SEN.
Lesley regularly undertakes the following:

Advising schools on inclusion for their SEN pupils

Lesley is happily married, and enjoys travelling and playing golf in her spare time.
Lorraine Dixon - Access Consultant, London

Lorraine covers the London and surrounding areas. She has over twenty five years teaching and leadership experience, which has given her a wealth of exposure in teaching pupils of varying abilities from diverse cultural backgrounds, different types of school and class sizes.
Lorraine has held the positions of Humanities Faculty Leader, Assistant Headteacher and Headteacher in a number of schools in the UK. Lorraine is committed to helping schools meet the needs of pupils with SEND.

Lorraine's understanding and experience of SEND from every level within schools, especially from a leadership perspective, is a great asset to Equality Act Audits.
Lorraine is married with two wonderful children and loves to travel.
Vanessa Marsland - Access Consultant, North West

Vanessa covers the accessibility planning for schools in the North West and surrounding areas. She holds a BA (Hons) in International Business and is passionate about equality issues, particularly in education.
Vanessa has two years experience working in a primary school setting within EYFS and Key Stage 1. Other qualifications she holds include 'Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools Level 2', and 'Introduction to Child Psychology'.
Vanessa has also completed safeguarding training and ‘No Outsiders’ inclusion and equality training with Ex-Headteacher Andrew Moffat (who was awarded an MBE for his work in equality education).
Becky Parker - Head of Operations and Business Development

Becky is responsible for managing the business operations, creating relevant content for clients and prospects, and developing marketing and business development strategy.
She has a degree in Literature and English Language from the University of Manchester and prior to joining the company, has over a decade of experience in professional services gained in London.
